You can just do things and suck at them and then get a little better each day until you don’t suck anymore. image

So true. Take action instead of getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

You don’t rise to the occasion, you fall to the level of your training.

I don’t try to over plan my life anymore The world is too unstable and you change too much as a Bitcoiner Let that not take away from ensuring you have a prosperous future but those who scrupulously over plan know exactly what i mean
one thing my parents did that i’ll definitely be doing with my kids is to instill “you can do anything you put your mind to” from a young age. ive never been scared of trying new things.

haha that's wonderful! my dad told me at a young age i was never allowed to babysit because it wasnt a good use of my time & the risk if something should happen made it not worth it

It’s impossible to be ready for anything in this world, the speed at which things are changing now it makes you think.. is what you’re taking in school today even going to be relevant in only 20 yrs from now. Strength is in being able to discern, and adapt now I think now.

Exactly! That's the speech I gave to the kids at their graduation this year! The key is to just start doing something, fail, do it again, fail again, and keep going until you get better at it. That's what I'm trying to do with my German podcast about freedom and responsibility as well! We should preach this more often to our loved ones and ourselves. We must learn to embrace failure and learn from it. Thank you for the reminder!
I am battling for time. I need to secure more of it to do things of this nature, but I will win the battle, it is coming together slowly.

That’s how I went from carpenter to developer. Still suck, but not as much as I did.
After making wine as a hobby for 6yrs now, my first wine was good! My second wine sucked, third was smoke tainted, my fourth was ok, my fifth is really fucking good! I’m aiming for beautiful in 2025. If I fail I’ll do again next year.
