You're only safe if you're using a 15yo hardware with modified firmware, and I'm only talking about one vector of attack.
There are also other documented stuff, like using the wires of your machine as an antenna to send data without internet and stuff like that.
It's hard to hide from an organization with an infinite budget and a lot of smart people.

Well, it's not impossible to hide if you have the required knowledge, but the CIA could know who is satoshi and just not disclose it.
What we know is that he was scared when WikiLeaks started to use Bitcoin, so probably he was aware that it is hard to hide from them.
It's probably just vibes. In my opinion, 90% indifferent, 8% cheer it on because Samourai mean tweets and 1% support them and 1% do something about it.
Still only ~15k signatures on the petition. Minimal donations compared to donations to Roman Storm. People have memory holed it. Bitcoin community abandoned them but it's not surprising because they stopped caring about privacy 5+ years ago. Hard not to be black pilled.
Well, if you don't believe me, just think about what a skilled hacker could do if the cpu manufacturers colaborate with him. Now imagine that there's thousand of hackers. Now imagine that they have a ridiculous amount of money and access to an enormous amount of information and knowledge.

Nobody "Publicly" knows who Satoshi is, but it is almost certainly the case that their identitie(s) are known to someone in a position of power. We like to think that a lone person invented the thing that will end the current oppressive system, but it is almost certain that the system knows and has already neutralised the issue...

That 5% includes your tribe & a few cashed up OGs who respect the fight that you put in for all bitcoiners. Don't underestimate the power behind that support and don't limit it to .01%.
If the government wants to set a precedent & make an example for others, don't give them that. Set a freedom orientated precedent & watch all the support that you'll get. This will take time & will be very uncomfortable for you & your family. There's no guarantee that you'll be repaid the value you tried to deliver but bitcoiners tend to repay their debts.
We're generally wary of supporting victims especially if they've made things much harder for the next guy.

It depends on a lot of factors, and these percentages don’t apply to every community.
People’s reactions vary based on things like culture, the level of government repression, and the laws in place.
Overall, it feels like the further we go, the more people focus only on themselves and care less about others. There are plenty of examples, like #Samourai, who’s still in prison.

I think there is one thing that is not taken into account about the new generations, few of them wonder why things happen, this may seem negative and it clearly is, but they also do not need to understand the software and its programming to trust it. We are in the years when generations born after Bitcoin are about to enter the economic system. They are 15 years old, the first will begin working for the state in the next cycle. I was born in the 90s, I learned about bitcoin as a teenager, but despite understanding it as software, I did not understand its need to exist until I started working for the state.
