We're all different, but something that helps me get out of a 'funk' is a hard workout, a hike, a cold plunge...something to focus the mind on a realistic and achievable task--and see its accomplishment. Or read something that lifts me up and out of my circumstances. Whatever your thing is...hang it there, keep moving, eventually your mind will catch up to your momentum. 🤙🫂
I've been reading a lot of other nostriches speaking to CO2 buildup indoors significantly impacting cognitive function, alertness, sleep and mood. Depending on your symptoms that might be worth looking into. (My CO2 sensor arrives tomorrow.)

Be energy. Keep moving away from anything or anyone that drains your energy and towards anything any anyone who gives you energy.
I second @freeborn | ἐλεύθερος | 8r0gwg. Commit yourself to doing something you know is physically hard. Even if there isn’t an apparent near-term benefit. Accomplishing it (or at least not quitting) will reset your brain. Find a BJJ gym nearby and go get beat up by sweaty, old dudes. I’m serious.

I’m seeing a lot of good advice already in the replies, so I’ll add one more. Consider making changes to your diet to boost your energy. I recommend taking a look at #peatstr to get some ideas. However, if I were to give one piece of advice, I’d say buy some B Complex Plus by Pure Encapsulations. I take it almost every day I work. All I need is one capsule in the morning. In fact, your current rut/lull may be due to a lack of B-vitamins. Best of luck to you!
First make sure your soul is with Christ, read the gospel and accept eternal life in the next world that is to come after this one. Then adjust the body’s chemical environment, cut carbs for a bit and try the sauna. Exercise. If the mind doesn’t fall into place, take more time to rest and read a good fiction like the Lord of the Rings. Good luck 🫡
when was the last time you switch off? I mean literally not think bout work and focus on you. Sleep will help you create new energy. You cannot focus if you are tired and lack of sleep. Move, eg exercise or walk. This helps the blood flow and circulation. It allows your brain to refocus, rethink and produce happy chemicals in your brain. Going outside, get some fresh air and sunshine are the best to activate your parasympathetic nerves(relaxation). Motivation from what I experience and practice is not something you wake up with. It is anchored on your "why". So you may want to revisit why you are doing what you do. Diet is important. You are what you eat and it will affect your cognitive function. Sugar causes mental dysfunction and studies already show this. Hope this helps and take care ☺️🫂 you got this 💪
