Day 2 into a 10 day parasite cleanse and woah. I thought fasting was powerful. This is next level body sovereignty. Highly recommend with holistic help bc the death of parasites can cause toxic overload (ammonia, etc) if not done properly or if high levels of parasites. Lymphatic drainage, bentonite clay, charcoal, psyllium husk, coffee e’s, and infrared light might not be enough for some. Also need to prep, eat/avoid specific foods, and remineralize properly. Serious battle and feels amazing to be winning! This exercise(m) is no joke because these little critters don’t want to go back to where they came from. Prob going to repeat every couple months during different parts of lunar cycles (eggs hatch during full moons — more serotonin in body which triggers egg release with higher levels of moonlight at night) until I feel they’ve been fully evicted.

Interesting, been thinking about doing this as well. Is there an online source you can recommend for the mentoring? 🙏
Christy Nault (for women more but good video on YouTube rn about parasites) Dr. Chris Motley lmk if you find any you like!
Using medicine this round bc I don’t have time to mess around but later will just do holistic. Working w nutritionist and nurse so pretty specific to me and timing. Paratrex as well which is OTC / natural and what I would consider doing solo next time now that I get the game. Alongside all the things I listed in first post. Some things I’m leaving out most likely. It’s a lot. Christy Nault has good insight and geared to for women (YouTube about parasites is live for now — she takes things down after a certain amount of time). Dr. Chris Motley was on a podcast with another doc and talked about more supplements that might help for the detox like glutathione I think. lmk if you find any you like!
yeah, i think vermicide and antiparasitic like ivermectin would be a good thing to do from time to time i had my stool sampled at a parasite lab couple years ago and they said there was nothing in there but my gut was constantly upset yes, carbs now i am on a dairy/meat/salad diet i have almost no problems malts and starches are the worst, they feed all microbes indiscriminately, and worms, starving them out with a high fat, high fibre diet works very well at rebalancing
I don’t know how accurate stool samples are now that I see what I see what is exiting after having negative results. Ivrmctn / dewormer combo working — just be sure to detox and ingest binders to aid in their exit. Don’t need those corpses rotting inside of tissues/ leaving ammonia and other gifts behind.
i was just picking these two medicines off the top of my head as a guess based on what i know of agricultural veterinary treatments... and farmers give their flocks these things routinely because they almost always pick them up and they almost always cause problems that can knock-on to further other problems what do you mean by binders? would psyllium husk serve for this? i should be able to get these medicines pretty much OTC from an agricultural supply shop, right? or what do you recommend for sourcing it because i like the idea a lot of shredding the population of invertebrates from my interior
I recommend working w a holistic nutritionist / nurse who specializes in this during the process bc it can be toxic to the body. Also, it’s nice to be able to figure out what is coming out of you with them bc it’s pretty much a science experiment. So you get to ask them anything and if things get weird they can help. Husk, yes, also charcoal and bentonite clay. As well as coffee e’s. Don’t eat solid foods. Puree/ blend everything. Butternut squash soup and lentils have been staples for me. Helps the critters move out not having solid things to cling to as they exit. Good luck🕊️
I had stomach issues since I was a kid. Prob too many antibiotics. Was also anemic. I eat a very clean (basically paleo) diet and cut out gluten, (14 years) / alcohol (9 years) but still not as good as it could be. And I get my ass kicked when I travel sometimes. Also just felt like something was in there. More of an intuition and turns out there sure is even though a stool sample months ago showed nothing. I’ve had two colonoscopies in the last decade. Western docs just say I have inflammation which basically means they don’t know. Eating clean, low carbs and no alcohol solved 80% of it, but I rather be 100%. Fasting 5 didn’t do it (I’ll do that again for cellular benefits, but nothing left my body like happens w some people). So far so good but only on day 3 of 10. Will do multiple times to get these critters at different life cycles. It’s not a one time thing from what I’m learning.
I added Bentonite clay to my regime a few months ago, clears heavy metals. It was intense the first two weeks, now I feel better than I ever have. Mentioning in case it resonates.
Sleeping with castor oil over the liver helps too (intense at first). Use old shirts or buy a castor oil wrap bc it stains.
yeah, i figured worms are probably a lot less problematic than microbes especially ones that migrate into the blood but @Amanda is reporting a fairly substantial effect so i am very inclined to try the combo in one go with psyllium husk, charcoal and diatomaceous earth and milk only for a week (i currently have cheese and sometimes egg and salad) i mean a week of the diet, the treatment whatever the instructions say
Butternut squash soup puréed, lentil soup and smashed avocados. Might smash poached eggs if I am tired. Green smoothies and juices fine. A little nut butter okay but avoid peanut butter. IMO best not to eat things that are solid or leafy / textured bc then you can’t tell what is undigested food and what is a potential parasite.
I used to do parasite cleanses until I learned that they only appear when there are heavy metals in our system to be detoxed. Was taught that they can actually help us- which blew my mind. The mimosa púdica and other herbs that I used made me feel so rough, so I definitely don’t miss that
I use DMSO, eat lots of fresh Cilantro, chlorella, MMS, and activated charcoal as needed
