I honestly dont think pools like foundry will swith at this point. 20 blocks in, with already some blocks mined by them, it would be a waste of computing. And it's less and less possible as time passes and more blocks get added. It would be possible for a pool that has not mined on the longest chain yet. Lots of fees to get in a chain that does not seem to have as much miner competition.

25% of nodes signaled they wanted the BIP to be enforced. 75% of nodes signaled they were fine either way. 0% signaled a URSF. It is by definition a 51% attack on the network by miners. It is sad, because you will see many sheep continue to believe this iteration of bitcoin is decentralized, when it is in fact controlled by whomever controls the leadership at a few large regulated mining pools.
