AI is so annoying, especially when you want to discuss anything that doesn't align with state propaganda. Meanwhile, for the first time in my 45 years (owned and sold 3 houses now), I've decided it's not actually worth owning a home (having a giant mortgage). We're considering renting now....any ozzies out there with renting experience after mortgage life?
