Man, people need to touch grass bad. I suggest: going outside and leaving your phone at home. Driving out of the city or suburbs. Going swimming. Climbing some rocks. Running around in the woods. Maybe casting a fishing rod. Go outside in your back yard and build something interesting. Challenge yourself, use your hands and be constructive. For the love of god stop staring at your internet feeds for half a day The people who are perpetually online are not well. I can see them drifting further and further from reality. Salvage yourself before it’s too late.

Its hard for some who have nothing. And. Have little to look forward to. Its the world that's been built around us. I feel blessed every bike ride I take my dog on and every cast I send out into the lake.

Life is hard no doubt. But taking a long walk is free and freeing. Keep winning bro. Wishing you the best.
Climb rocks. Ground yourself to the original chain. Challenge the mind, and challenge the body. Player versus Environment is the way.

It's not just screens. The world is sick. People are more fucked than ever. Touching grass and building a chicken coupe is great, but then go and see if you have a circle of friends or co-workers who actually care. Without that, or a family, the grass between your toes only goes so far.

Chopping wood is a great activity. Excellent synergy of exercise and productivity.
Yes! Modern people really need to reconnect with nature—staring at phone screens for too long truly numbs the senses. I recently tried Dubai's yacht brunch cruise and it was absolutely amazing. Basking in the sun on the open sea while enjoying delicious food truly lets you forget all your worries. If you're interested in trying it yourself, check this out:

Exactly. The cure for digital sickness is sunlight, sweat, and dirt under your nails. Touch grass. Climb a hill. Jump in a river. Build something with your hands. Reality is the antidote. Don’t let your soul rot behind a screen.
