Not before signing a whole bunch of pardons for himself, his scamming clan and their friends.
Of course!
Yeah just like Biden
Biden didn't sign shit. White House staffers and the auto pen did.
Forgot the quotation marks:
'Biden'
I don't think Biden even had a grasp on what was going on most of the time especially towards the end.
I sincerly doubt it myself, probably a mercy if you ask me
Precisely. What a clown show
Doesn't change the facts
What are the facts Grinder, fill us in.
The facts are that unelected staffers were driving policy and Biden was just their meat puppet.
The fact is that America allowed a guy with dementia to run the country then they allowed a scamming cunt - who crashed the economy already during his last term - to sit in the office again.
The whole American governance system is a fucking joke same as the EU or UK or AU systems. All of it needs to be weeded out and rebuild from the ground.
True, but that time gave us alot of wonderful memes😆😂
The memes were good under Biden this is true
I don't know much about the economy in Trumps first term, but your point is well made.
W had a lot of comical moments caught on video.
I'll always remember the day he shut down the economy. I was watching the Bitcoin chart during his speech and that day send the money printers and the US debt spiral into overdrive.
Fun fact, Bitcoin was building up to it's own bull run at that time, recovered and continued as if nothing had happened. Wall Street on the other hand received billions in bailouts.

Trump had a very strong campaign, he deserved to be president. He didn't follow through so now we have gridlock again. I think the US system is working as it should.
It's quite resistant to lying, scummy politicians. Nothing is structurally broken.
Can't say the same thing about anywhere else.
He's been an absolute failure. If he had delivered even half of what he promised I would give him a passing grade but he hasn't even come close.
My main concern about the Democrats taking full control in 2028 is that they'll antagonize Russia to the point that they draw us all into WW3.
Fiscal matters at home are not a question of if but when. The debt is running out of control and US bonds and the USD are fucked. It's just a question of how long it's going to take. Democrats might make it go a little faster but we would get there the same with Republicans.
The Trump clan made approximately $500 million from dumping meme coins on the people who elected him.
That's only the meme coins. How many people can say they're proud of being scammed by their own president?
Some people donated a lot of Bitcoin to his campaign.
It doesn't stop with the president either - everyone single sleazeball Congressman / Senator who should have been standing up for what was right for their constituents fell in lock-step and toed the party line. And those that didn't (Massie etc.) were politically executed while the MAGA faithful danced in the streets. There is absolutely a terminal cancer in modern democracy.
I'm wondering how they feel now
Yeah I remember. "Cryp-tooooo" and a whole room full of idiots applauded as if he were Satoshi himself.
some people will never learn. one reason why nothing ever changes.
Lots of deep changes are needed in every place different. In Poland prosecuting politicians must continue and that debt is rising too fast.
We have puppet changing name of a lake or whatever. We had demential zombie-walking puppet. President of USA pulled out a scam with his shitcoin. War with Iran have been won couple times.
In ancient Rome they at least had gladiators and no GMO stuff.
They are fucking it all up on purpose to so that we'll not only accept but even demand a technocracy driven (read AI) slave regime which was never elected.
The only way out: Educate everyone around you what's really going on for ages.
Probably nothing

You can't vote in retrospect unfortunately.
But I don't know that Republicans are going to be hopeless in 2028, or that the Democrats will nominate a lunatic. The pendulum has swung the other way again but it might be balancing itself out.
There is no incentive to expand the conflict in Russia. Only pride and ego.
Fiscally, gridlock slows down spending, so this will be some temporary relief.
Good thing to remember that the Republican party is Nikki Haley not Donald Trump. They would have him in prison had good people not stood their ground for him. And you won't get JD or Rubio nominated if midterm are anything to go by.
Anyone from the Freedom Caucus will be a good start. Many good prospective nominees amongst Democrats too.
Trump can't not meddle in the next election and anything he touches will be tainted.
Very interesting rabbit hole. Within elites, there is competition for what the prevailimg orthodoxy should be. Trump was certainly favourable to the technocrats.
Oof. So many things not withstanding facts. The US system is working though as it should (from the perspective of 1% owning as much as 50% of the rest).
If you don't see that as alarming alone, you will definitely never hide in the woods and do the same as Robin Hood. Shame - that is career worth living for.
Quite resistant to lying, scummy politicians - you say - Trump had a strong campaign - you say. I'd say you are quite resistant to the truth, and you also have no idea how Switzerland is governing itself WAY BETTER even though we also have to fight off scum, but we have way more sticks and stones to throw in the way of a demagogue.
Yeah, that would be the one you were following and still are, because you will never be able to face the truth, that trump was always making his money with fraud, praising himself with facts he conjured, so it sounds good. A guy who can say, well going to war was an option again, after they didn't give me the nobel price as peacemaker. After all he stopped so many wars, nobody is able to name them though.
By the way all the scandinavian democracies have a way better working democracy. Why do I know? Well the people are happier, children grow up in households that never have to fear living on the streets, women and men can divorce without going bankrupt, a woman doesn't have to go on talk-shows and make herself to meat, just to grab the attention of men, that can feed her through, because she has nothing else to offer than her body. Both sexes are well educated and the school system is designed to form a citizen, that can make his own decisions, practizing critical thinking!
Something you probably never heard of!
Triple dog jokes aside, there is no constitutional limit on impeachment. It is a political process, not a criminal one, so the House can vote to impeach the same president any number of times.
Selection bias.
Left picture is the whole picture, and in the case of wealth distribution that picture shows extreme inequality from the start, no one does pick a sample to measure that, you just take tax information, sum it all up, no selection necessary, because we can handle numbers in bulk pretty well with a pocket calculator (selection bias? nope).
When it comes to my selection of states actually working, that is meant as encouragement, do install a similar voting system, a similar system of checks and balances, redistribution of wealth. But it also serves what is called in a discourse as a rebuttal, or in logic falsification of an argument by example.
The same goes for Trump leading a country twice, even though we all know, that he made his money by not paying the contractors hired to construct his buildings. He never payed the full prize, instead he threatened to let the contracting firm go dry by dragging them to court, until they run out of funds. He himself laid bare his character tons of times, and still he was able to establish his own brown shirts (ICE), dragging people out of their houses, violationg the constitution, the very reason, why people are proud to have a state in the first place. Brilliant court system by the way (=sarcasm), that makes fraud look like a good deal and protects a wanna be king. Those are again facts, no need for a comparison of any selection. Selection bias is the most irrelevant term you could use... Critical thinking made me realize that.

A society that twice elected Trump as president, who you say is so bad and evil, would do better under a direct femocr environment, such as Switzerland? The comparison I replied to was EU and Australia, which as the obvious comparators, or perhaps China, although that also has incomparable demographics.
Wealth inequality I don't really want to get into, because I don't think that is solely or even predominantly a policy issue.
Trump, who you say is so bad and evil - you say that in summary, I have a habit to rarely state my opininons, I let facts speak, that made you believe I said that (which means the facts spoke to you as well). But even though you got the message - you don't actually agree with my description of his business model he used to form his 'real estate empire' was fraud, why else distance yourself with "who you say"?
Under a direct femocr environment? What is that? Is your description of a functional society a female governed one, or do you just want to impress me - I think your mind is so used to expect uncertainty of mind and hope to shake me with such a word? Well I certainly shake my head.
We swiss don't fall into that trap, we think, which is the same as doubt, therefore we are. If we discuss things of matter, we leave gender at home, as well as religion or other belief systems irrelevant. And if someone tries to talk more than half a minute about such stuff, we know that we should do the same as with religious people - not argue, just ignore them and make sure they don't get a position where they can spread their opium, make sure that the state is truly separated from belief.
Wealth inequality is the number one reason why a society crumbles and their democracy with them. I suggest thinking about the consequences. Wealth inequality is healthy for the economy though, the investor can definitely do more with less, the question is, are you willing to loose free will and speech, freedom to walk without bodyguard, and neighbourly human connections and then retreat into a small town of the wealthy, where the rich govern themselves, educate their children themselves, simply put: Risk the Storming of the Bastille?
Who I say is evil? Everyone fucking knows
@Jose Sammut seems to have trouble seeing it, I am having this conversation with him about critical thinking. But you are happy to chime in, BUT we were not talking to you, even though your post may have sparked that conversation. I agree: Everyone who applies critical thinking on the facts, knows it for a long time. But not everyone knows how to apply that skill.
That's not the electorate you're dealing with so short of everyone voting perfectly with the benefit of hindsight, or giving the people that voted Trump in twice (despite everything you said, true but irrelevant) access to direct democracy, which will only encourage more populist policies, you're just spewing hollow messaging. It's not even hypothetically constructive.
You said "We Swiss don't fall into that trap". That's selection bias. The same experiment would not produce the same result if applied to a different population.
You said all that about Trump's history, but his first term was alright, and the messaging leading up to the second was basically perfect. The election results speak for themselves.
The American system has split government now, limiting everyone's executive powers. The next presidential election will build on Trump's last presidential campaign. And maybe they'll go back on their promises too, but the pendulum is settling into a more balanced, central position. Comparable governments are swinging more widely into political extremism.
