Then why are my incisors literally twice as long as my other teeth? Not even talking about the picture...
Eating diverse seasonal locally produced food from farmers is the most healthy approach but to be honest, a grocery store full of unhealthy food is so close it mostly wins me.
Local food is also not cheap as used to be in rhe old days before capitalism.
Therefore I'm stuck eating unhealthy unyill I get a raise.
Because you a vampire! Let me get that Blade dude on the phone, just wait there a minute...
i'm actually not surprised that this dumbass cybersec girl influencoor likes all the official fucking narrative lines
if vegan is so great why do vegans always look older than the average, have low muscle mass and be prone to allergies and typically on some kind of psychiatric drugs
also note, average stature indicates the appropriateness and effectiveness of diet, guess which two countries have the tallest people on the planet? Netherlands and Bosnia, what do these two countries have in common? Cheese and Beef.
Certainly we gonna found all the creatine, collagen and other essential proteins we need in the nuts and grains
Yeah we’re omnivores. #veganisequallyweird
I like the debate, one question I've always had is the following: what percentage, if measurable at all, of health improvements that come from switching to a carnivore diet are actually a result of dropping unhealthy food?
For example, I could be eating Mac and Cheese all day long, then switch to meat only, and claim that I now feel so much better. Wouldn't that be because of dropping the shitty food?
My wife and I were just having this conversation last night. We are omnivores. If God put it here we can eat it. Of course this doesn’t mean there are not poisonous things we need to avoid. We think whole foods are the best. It’s simple. However it is complicated because we have poisoned everything.
You don't think so?
Mmm cheese... Thank God for cheese. And kimchi.
I'd be careful calling a cybersec person any names... If there's anyone on the whole internet capable of retaliating, its someone in cybersecurity.
But yeah, vegans definitely don't appear healthy. And they're fighting the wrong fight...if they put all that effort into getting monoculture crops and pesticides banned, then we might get that and be healthier and plants and animals would be happier and we could restore the land.
veganism is literally a psyop, created to sell highly engineered industrial grain crops, mainly, it and the "saturated fat" lie both conveniently did a lot of good for monsanto and all the rest of them, and they know that they are poisonous, and there's plenty of evidence you can find that they do know what they are doing kills people
USDA food pyramid is upside down, we should not even really be eating seeds, that is for feeding birds at best, if that
this girl i'm pretty sure she's a paid influencer for some agency, the amount of lies she vomits and changes around facts about her "history" she's a total joke, i don't know why anyone pays attention to her
seeing her going to bat for the big agra psyop eugenics scam pretty much seals it for me, some of the shit she says about actual cybersecurity as well, lol, complete nonsense
either she's got a personality disorder, or she's a glowie, or both
Of course. Removing the Junk is the most powerful intervention most people can do. If everyone removed added sugar, ground up grains and veg. seed oils from their diet it would cause a seismic improvement in human health.
Umm, no.
yeah, these are well nown elements of plant metabolism, what are you saying you dastardly disinformationer traitor to the big agra big medicine federal government drug regulation monopoly boondoggle
I think most influencers are getting paid by some agency, if not an agent outright. At least, in any domain that matters. I guess its just something we have to be aware of, cuz I can't imagine any central authority not trying to control public opinion.
And yeah, Monsanto, Cargill, etc., are definitely running psyops on us. These companies have private armies and do espionage on each other...
Ideally, we should not be eating seeds of any kind. Its literally robbing the earth by cutting out a section of a lower trophic level. If a population eats meat and not seeds, then that population can coexist with a greater total biomass and more niches in their local environment. Even better if it can be done while not killing off the apex predators. What we do now is kill off everything just so we can harvest a shitton of seeds.
IMO, a true enviroentalist is a carnivore. It's far more sustainable. Vegans have nice ideas... Kinda like communists. But they haven't thought it all through.
Yes, this is quite readily achievable through proper nutritional planning. I have done it for decades, and my children were raised vegan. Like countless others who understand proper plant-based nutrition, our regular medical tests consistently show optimal nutrient levels - no deficiencies.
This list is far from exhaustive - the information is readily available for anyone willing to do their own research and/or consult a licensed plant-based nutritionist.
It's worth noting that while most people rely on their physicians for nutrition advice, medical students receive an average of only 23.5 hours of nutrition education throughout medical school, with just 29% of U.S. medical schools meeting the minimum recommended 25 hours of nutrition training. Most of this limited education focuses on basic traditional nutrition principles rather than specialized dietary approaches like plant-based nutrition.
Natural Creatine Production:
- The body synthesizes creatine in the liver and kidneys, producing approximately 1-2g per day
- A balanced plant-based diet can support adequate creatine synthesis
- Supplementation needs depend primarily on:
- Physical activity level
- Exercise intensity
- Training goals
Who Might Need Supplementation:
- Athletes engaged in:
- High-intensity training
- Strength training
- Explosive sports
- Regular exercisers doing:
- Resistance training
- High-intensity workouts
Who May Not Need Supplementation:
- People with moderate activity levels
- Those not engaged in intensive strength training
- Individuals following a balanced plant-based diet
Creatine Synthesis:
- The body can synthesize creatine from three amino acids:
- Glycine
- Arginine
- Methionine
- These precursors are found in plant foods:
- Legumes (PDCAAS score 0.6-0.7)
- Nuts (PDCAAS score 0.5-0.6)
- Seeds (PDCAAS score 0.5-0.7)
- Whole grains (PDCAAS score 0.4-0.5)
Vegan Creatine Supplements:
- Made from sarcosine and cyanamide
- Natural sources of components:
- Sarcosine: legumes, nuts
- Cyanamide: almonds, spinach, soy, lima beans
- Most supplements are vegan-friendly due to synthetic production
Complete Protein Strategies:
1. Strategic Food Combinations (with complementary amino acid profiles):
- Legumes + grains (combines lysine with methionine)
- Rice + beans (PDCAAS score 0.8 when combined)
- Quinoa + vegetables (quinoa provides all essential amino acids)
- Nuts + whole grains
- Lentils + rice
- Hummus + pita
2. Nutrient-Dense Smoothies:
- Use whole vegetables and fruits
- Add protein boosters:
- Hemp seeds (complete protein)
- Chia seeds (high in omega-3s)
- Plant protein powders
- Spirulina (60-70% protein content)
- Pumpkin seeds (high in zinc)
Collagen Support:
- Focus on collagen-building nutrients:
- Vitamin C-rich foods
- Zinc sources
- Copper-containing foods
- Silicon-rich foods
- Key plant sources:
- Citrus fruits
- Berries
- Leafy greens
- Nuts and seeds
This information isn't just backed by decades of modern research and successful application by nutritionists, vegan athletes, and medical professionals—it's supported by thousands of years of living evidence. From the vegetarian traditions of India's Ayurvedic system to Buddhist practitioners across Asia, entire populations have thrived without animal products for millennia. These cultures have long understood the art of combining plant foods to create complete nutrition, proving that a well-planned plant-based diet can support all aspects of health and physical performance.
Thank you Ava!
Pretty sure she's a spook
nah
her opsec recommendations are sensible.
she's recovering liberal.
It's time to part ways, GHOST... I need to go be Mleku's FBI agent now. 🫂😆 I don't usually see his posts anymore, but I'm not surprised to see he's still up to his old shenanigans—and though I have no time for them, I wish him well. 🙏
Spook confirmed 😎
narcissistic personality disorder confirmed
veganism? hardly
i think it's possible she's just a victim of brainwashing, and brainwashing is a "nicer" sounding word than being psychologically manipulated with lies and deceptions, the objective of a manipulative, abusive person is always to replicate their psychopathology to "normalise" it so they don't feel that pain of being aware they are a scared animal that is constantly proactively attacking over every provocation coming from people seeing things they are deluded into thinking aren't part of their personality
long way of saying, spook, or patsy, either way, waste of time
Maybe you want to check out Patrik Baboumian...or maybe not...depending if you want to keep believing what you believe ;)

And again...here we go 🙄

If you are truly a carnivore, then hunt animals with your bare hands... or should I say with your claws? And tear them apart with your hands and teeth and drink their warm blood and eat everything from that animal! And don't season it so it doesn't taste like a vegetable! And last but not least: eat it raw! Then we can talk.
Your answer is good, really detailed and your dedication demonstrates your sincere commitment and provides me with data that allows me to investigate further aspects of nutrition.
But this does not change my point of view, I believe that in terms of proportion, in order to absorb the same amount of protein as in an animal diet, I will have to consume a large amount of other things that are present in these nuts and grains, and to avoid this, is it not necessary to separate these proteins from the rest? Or to bring synthetic supplements?
It is not instinctively natural either, I eat meat because there is an irrational direction in my body that guides me naturally. To find which grains had the highest concentration of each protein, it was necessary to study grains and nuts from different places for a technical diet to be planned, that is, a method guided by the desire of a group of people who wanted to bring this personal vision of morality and ideal to reality, which may be something well-intentioned, but not natural.
This is because we are naturally omnivores.
I think that we usually overcomplicate everything. That is unnecessary. We were wrongly taught that we need a lot of protein. That is not true. We need essential amino acids so that our body can use them to produce its own proteins. So we don't need a lot, but a little of everything.
It is also a myth that we should eat collagen... We only need the building blocks so that our body can produce collagen. Do you understand what I am getting at?
Plants contain everything. The strongest animals practically only eat plants and they are not malnourished. We must simply learn to eat natural food again. Only what Mother Earth provides us. of course, purely organic, without pesticides, and from nutrient-rich soil.
Back to the roots is my motto. No industrial food (I include most grains in the industrial economy because they are so overbred).
And because most people cook their food, we lose important ingredients and thus denature the food. Raw food is wholesome!
I agree that there is an industry hypnosis to remove food from us and feed us kibble, and while I do recognize that raw vegetables are quite nutritious I believe that removing meat is part of this mainstream hypnosis
