I have 19 years of experience working for adidas as a footwear technology expert. After being laid off last year, I've been dreaming of transitioning to a role in the Bitcoin space to fully exit the fiat corporate world. However, it's been a challenge to leverage my professional background in this new field. As a result, I'm still on LinkedIn, feeling like I might have to revert to my old career path and 'mine fiat' again.
I wish that being an early adopter of Nostr could help me land a job in the Bitcoin industry. I don’t even care about making as much money as I was making before, as long as I can make ends meet. I honestly want to contribute to the Bitcoin industry and feel like I’m making a difference towards Bitcoin adoption.
I’m open to any advice @UNCLE ROCKSTAR

I deleted it several years ago but I see it mentioned frequently by some YouTube channels I follow and it looks like one of the most toxic places on the internet these days.
Currently people use more for political views than for work related posts! So that’s what gets you jobs apparently!
Privacy is the currency of freedom. Lose it, lose everything.
I don't want to live in a world where Linkedin exists. That would be fantastic both for sanity's sake and privacy

LinkedIn is just Proof of Compliance. Nostr is Proof of Work. I’d rather be hired based on my public key and my contributions than a sanitized corporate PDF. ⚡️
