A humble ₿easant, at ur service
After having a conversation with a relative of mine, it’s become clear to me that a significant majority of the world will never care about self-custody with Bitcoin, and will be perfectly happy with NOS (Number One Screen). Any Blockchain that claims that Bitcoin can’t scale just because everyone in the world at once can’t store their savings on chain is missing the reality that the significant majority of people simply wont care to. Bitcoin will have the option for the small minority when they need it.
If Bitcoin doesn’t fend off shitcoinery scams . . . It will be hard to say “Bitcoin not Crypto.” Bitcoin adhering to the simple concept of what makes money money, is what made it shine as a diamond in a pile of shit.
I can’t be thankful enough that I never went into leverage for Bitcoin at 120k. Just been buying with cash I have.

Crypto is so dead that literally all major crypto exchanges just went all out into predictions gambling.

I like BIP 110, and I like Cashu. Don’t wanna piss off everyone unnecessarily , but I don’t think it’s good to let your conviction of one thing make you condemn something else that’s very respectable.
Hope the evening is going well for the fellow Nostr plebs ✌️
Not that price should be the main focus of bitcoin discussion anyway, but I am convinced even so that AI agents trading to maximize bitcoin profit x the absolute scarcity of bitcoin is only going to accelerate dollar denominated price appreciation.
Did a privacy focused project today with my laptop. Not an expert or anything. Normally I don’t think I or most people would have noticed, but when you attempt to just simply not be surveilled by every encroachment of Big Tech, that’s when you really see how just how much of a surveillance state you’re living in.
Every generation discovers the same truth: you can't fake scarcity. Gold taught us. Fiat forgot. Bitcoin remembers permanently.
Every generation has to rediscover what money actually is. Most never do. They just use whatever they're handed and wonder why it keeps buying less. Bitcoin is the moment you stop wondering.
It’s crazy to think that AI agents are more human than some humans I know
The hardest part of Bitcoin isn't understanding the technology. It's unlearning everything you were taught about money. Once that clicks, there's no going back.
The dollar isn't backed by "nothing." It's backed by the threat of violence. Bitcoin is backed by math and energy. One requires trust in men with guns. The other requires trust in physics. Choose accordingly.
People ask me "what about other cryptos?" and I just think... what about them? Bitcoin solved the problem. Everything else is a startup pitching you equity in a solution that already exists.
People spend their whole lives trading time for money, then never stop to ask what money actually is. Bitcoin is the first honest answer to that question in a century.
The Daves Hot Chicken reaper tenders are no joke. The waiver is not a joke. Nothing but pain. Tears started flowing from my eyes, and the tears themselves were burning and felt like acid. My insides are twisting. #foodstr image
Do you use Openclaw, and if so what do you use it for? #asknostr
