Sure. Podhome is a great host if you don’t want to self host. They support all the podcasting 2.0 features. I tried self hosting with castopod. I have an extensive background in system engineering - I could not get it to work properly after moving two podcast over to my vps and spending multiple weeks working on it. I finally moved to pothole so my listeners would not continue to have problems.
Powerpress ( a Wordpress plugin ) is the only other self host that I know of that supports pc 2.0. I have no experience with it.
Use Alby Hub to receive payments directly through you node, it comes with a lightning address. Just be sure to open public channels so boost payments work

Castopod offers a hosting service as well it seems but I haven’t used it. After having such a rough experience with the php app I was in no mood to user their service.

The Lightning part is the easy part. My question is more around hosting & RSS feed generation etc.
If you maintain your own website, it's as easy as using
* Build your feed by inputting all the pertinent info it asks for
* Host your assets on a website (in most instances, I personally just use wordpress and throw mp3s/jpegs and direct link to them in the feed)
*Upload the newly created rss.xml file onto your website
*Go to 
and paste in a direct link to the feed here and boom within a couple of minutes the podcast will start to populate in the apps.
I've used @StevenB 's tools to upload over 100 different rss feeds and can attest to these steps. Please hit me back with any questions.

That should say add the link to the .xml file in podcast index, not upload.
I have not I’m afraid. In looking at their code on GitHub I would be concerned that it only supports three tags: value, person and season. There is a lot more than that these days.
I recommend you do unhinged rants on TikTok and then just upload the audio to rss.
Or do like @Plebchain Radio does.

I’m not sure about editing capabilities. I haven’t looked that closely at these. I would typically expect these to just be the hosting and RSS side of the equation. I would edit on my computer personally. Happy to chat about it more if you want to move to another thread or App.

many other options if you want to use a platform, but I don't. I think the point of bitcoin is sovereignty and that translates to podcasts bitcoiners do

I handhack my RSS feed and always reference the DIY DeMu feed on GitHub or MusicSideProject.com like @StevenB did.
BUT I will add for a music show like Homegrown Hits where we play songs and expect the value time splits to change so sats go straight to each artist, TheSplitKit is a lifesaver as it puts together the timecode json for chapters and the VTS tags for the feed. That's at TheSplitKit.com

Here's how I do it.
I host my own RSS feeds and MP3s on my own digitalocean server.
I create my feeds with sovereignfeeds.com (SF)
You already have a lightning wallet so plugging that info into SF is a breeze.
