Gm nostr. The buckskin jacket is finished just in time for a new year. All hand stitched with brain tan buckskin. I am super excited about this. Bitcoin gives you your time back...

I used an old woolrich jacket. Cut it up to make the pattern. The hood is a little big... but its probably better than too small.
Nice. Ive wanted to tackle something like this myself. Id probably make the hood bigger too. I think the good thing being leather is you'll be able train the leather to fold down how you want it

That’s great work
I've decided to show my true form slightly more. Zen and calm, better than everyone without the need to remind them constantly. (Also just copying Ryan and noshole)
Yes, but how will people subtly know just how calm and above it all you are? lol, I actually don't even know exactly why noshole and Ryan went zen, I've superposed my own reason
Lmao πŸ˜‚ It's not important that other people know. In the wise words of Mr. Miyagi, "Lie become truth if person wants to believe it."
You realize I'm joking, I assume. And yes, but it's a very deep seated need we all have to varying degrees. I often think about what it is that upsets people; seems more often than not that it's not the success or riches directly, so much as them imagining how good it makes the other person feel. Not sure that makes sense, but something I've been thinking on a long time, but do a poor job articulating

I think I get what you're saying. Kinda like saying what makes a man jealous is seeing another have what he wants and be happy. And what makes him upset is seeing another have the thing, but remain unhappy. The latter breaks the fantasy that having that thing would make him happy. And in the former case, he may put up a facade and say he could be happy too without what he wants.
Yeah, think that is pretty close! It's what advertising plays on I suppose. The exact scenario I'm picturing is when a small (to remove jealousy of unattainable things like expensive sports car) victory makes you feel that high that the world is going your way and you get that rare pure happiness. Haters, often bad friends, will be quick to wanna stamp that feeling out, not because they are jealous or mad at the small thing, but jealous of the feeling you're experiencing. Not sure that makes sense
