Yeah. Just add a lightning address if you’re not on Primal. Post interesting things and people will “zap” sats.
But be careful not to do it just for sats, people appreciate authentic things not engagement / sat farming

Try searching for “wallet of Satoshi” in App Store. If that’s available, you can sign up and it’ll give you an address to plug into “lightning address” field in your settings on Nostr

Anyone can run a relay, some are paid but most are free.
Relays are what we connect to when we send or receive notes from our clients, damus , primal , snort etc.
Relays are part of what make #nostr decentralised as we don’t have one big server owner holding all our notes.

It's really easy to set up. Just download Wallet of Satoshi from the app store:

Then, click the lightning address.
This should copy the address. Go to your Nostr profile and paste it where it asks for a lightning address. Now, people can send you some bitcoin ⚡️.
Sadly, this wallet is not available in the USA due to regulatory restrictions and the fact the current USA adminstration hates freedom. If you're in the USA, consider using the @primal mobile nostr app it has a wallet built in or try GetAlby or the Zeus wallet instead. Zeus wallet is actually self custodial meaning you custody the funds the others may be easier but come at the cost of someone else custodying your funds
