These preemptive pardons are a scary precedent to start. It is something very easy for abuse to happen with and there isn’t any good recourse against it after the fact.

By them accepting their pardons they are presumed guilty in my eyes.

I wonder the list of pardons contains clues for further investigative journalism.

This started a dangerous game. Who can blame Trump for preemptively pardoning the future assassins of Fauci, Milley and the Jan 6 committe?

It’s a pardon? Nobody has been convicted. How can you pardon someone if they haven’t been accused of a crime? This is diplomatic immunity. Burn them all to the mutha fuckin’ ground. Such a corrupt fucking system. 🤢🤮
All these pardons makes you to severely doubt the objectivity of the courts. I do want a detailed public prosecution and inquiry. Whether they would end up on jail or not is secondary.

Do they have to be convicted to receive a pardon? Or are they by default considered to have pled guilty? Anyone who associated with him is thereby complicit in a known crime. Prosecute them. They will have Fauci for lunch.

Fauci can be compelled to testify as a witness and cannot plead the fifth - at risk of his clemency.

On further analysis - I think those pardons are death sentences. The pharmafia will rub them out.

And what about the first actions of Trump? Still haven't seen anything from you in any way critical. If you are loud after the election, you should also be loud and critical now.
Hopefully some of them will be called to testify for other investigations and won’t be able to use the 5th amendment to deflect meaningful direct questions
He wasn't in power anyways. All those pardons were drafted by the "team" that controlled all decisions, speeches and appearances.
