Do they have to be convicted to receive a pardon? Or are they by default considered to have pled guilty? Anyone who associated with him is thereby complicit in a known crime. Prosecute them. They will have Fauci for lunch.

Fauci can be compelled to testify as a witness and cannot plead the fifth - at risk of his clemency.
On further analysis - I think those pardons are death sentences. The pharmafia will rub them out.
