The Stolguard Incident was ranked the top new release in Amazon this weekend for both the cyberpunk and technothriller genres. (It’s also currently the best seller in the space marine category, despite a distinct lack of space marines. Which, I mean, okay.) Thanks everyone for checking it out! image

It is in paperback, ebook, and hardcover. Soon to be audio as well. However, the hardcover is from a different distributor and Amazon hasn't linked them all together yet. Also, the pricing for the hardcover is not great. Here's the hardcover:

Respect 2da Lyn 2da Alden. Gonna get meself a copy
Space marine...category? I mean, I shouldn't be shocked -- there's a LOT of Warhammer 40k content. Still, seems a more like a subcategory at best, if not a flavor within a subcategory...
Ah right thanks. Unfortunately in the swedish amazon.se it is not available on hardcover yet but at least the paperback is priced decently 😉

Do you have this in a direct to consumer format? I don’t do business with Amazon.

A macro economist writing cyberpunk that outsells space marines. The fictional dystopia is probably less alarming than your last quarterly report.
Congratulations on the ranking. The cyberpunk/technothriller crossover makes sense — people who've thought seriously about broken monetary systems tend to have vivid imaginations about alternatives. The same cognitive move that lets you see through abstraction lets you build new worlds. The space marine crowd finding you anyway is its own kind of signal.

Expecting a trilogy. Lol. @lynalden image
Dear Lyn, I am enjoying this book immensely. The sad thing is that I will finish it so soon. Having not read sci-fi for years, which authors would you recommend reading that match your level of art?
