Haha I’m sure it was. P.S. I use the same mental trick to get myself to the gym. I tell myself I can just go and lift light weights, then I do that and after 5 mins I’m just like this is lame, I may as well lift heavy now that I’m already here.

I always used to tell my clients this and it’s true. Just get your ass there and in the door and start doing it. Not only do you end up staying, these instances can sometimes turn into your best training sessions, and you feel great after. πŸ‘Œ
