I just saw the original post and it's one of those cases where clearly the author is a very smart, complete retard.
Attack the language when attacking the protocol doesn't work. Destabilization tactics in play. You love to see it 👊👊

Sats sounds like cents. While not the same amount of decimal places, it’s an easy comparison that normies & blue checks should understand

Sure, let’s roll out this essential “number go up” upgrade so people can finally afford to buy a whole bitcoin again. Truly groundbreaking stuff.

STAY HUMBLE AND STACK ZAPS
Also, part of the joy of the plural of Bitcoin being Bitcoin rather than Bitcoins, is that the smallest guppy, and the largest whale can both equally accurately and equally vaguely say "yes, I have Bitcoin"
It’s silly to try to force people to choose specific Bitcoin slang terms as absolute. If people want to call them sats, BTC, or bits , whatever. Bitcoin is permissionless technology, yet there’s an authoritarian and toxic element growing within the Bitcoin scene, which is sad to see. Of course, there are fundamental truths and facts, but slang and niche terminology are for individuals to decide for themselves. It speaks volumes when someone tries to impose their preferred slang onto another Bitcoiner.

A sat will always be a sat, just like a bitcoin will always be a bitcoin. Nothing else to say about it. Zap & Stack sats forever ♾️
