This is not how Nostr works, this is not how any of Nostr works.
Nostr is designed for small "events", primarily small text notes. Not whole fucking videos.
If decent decentralization can be achieved for videos, it will be through other protocols entirely that will have nothing to do with Nostr.
Replace it with what, with pushing videos straight to relays so that client have to download them before even being able to verify hashes and potentially discard them?
It was never the goal. It's not the tool for that shit and it's a good thing that it isn't.

The masters is referring to a previous post by HODL and response by Carla’s husband. Certificates aren’t necessarily needed but women who are strong, capable and planning for the betterment of their offspring and therefore society are needed.

Oh, so it would be based on BitTorrent or Blossom. Which is to say other protocols, not Nostr and Nostr would once again be used to save references.
In any case, offering a free Blosssom server or seeding through BitTorrent will never be as cheap as running a Nostr relay. Today, any volunteer can run a public Nostr relay just out of pure generosity, to contribute to the free speech cause and we can cheaply use them and share and duplicate notes for high resiliancy.
This simply isn't possible for videos, they just require more data.
And again, other protocols are not Nostr.
