Oh, so it would be based on BitTorrent or Blossom. Which is to say other protocols, not Nostr and Nostr would once again be used to save references. In any case, offering a free Blosssom server or seeding through BitTorrent will never be as cheap as running a Nostr relay. Today, any volunteer can run a public Nostr relay just out of pure generosity, to contribute to the free speech cause and we can cheaply use them and share and duplicate notes for high resiliancy. This simply isn't possible for videos, they just require more data. And again, other protocols are not Nostr.
