This is a man who has never seen violence, understood it or has any capacity for it. He does not understand we are in the goldilocks era of the human tribes. That's easy to write from a cushy CA subdivision. Also FUCK these tech founders and their gay blogs like they have some sort of insight into humanity.

Lmao "It makes wealth accumulation easier and wage earning harder." Spoken like a true VC funded fiat clown. Wealth should be accumulated without earning it; if the whole world could just operate like SanFran!

This person obviously knows astonishing little about what he writes - like the meaning of fascism. This guy can bitch till the cows come home but it wont make a damn bit of difference. He's butt hurt because hard money takes away the system he depends on. If I was speaking to him I'd say "Well, HFSP, literally."
This is most presumptuous piece of drivel I have ever read. Don’t read, I have summarized it for you if you must… “Bitcoin will fail.” “Bitcoin is for enemies. They say this. Seriously. Look it up.” Seriously bro look it up. 🤣 “Bitcoin is a lie. Because it claims truths that cannot be.” This is such terrible writing and it goes ON and ON. This site is called Notes from the Circus. Life imitates art. “I worry that those cynical people know it. And my worry is informed, because I know some of them personally. Used to call some of them my friends. Have fun staying poor, they say. Seriously. Look it up.” He used to call some of what his friends? HE’S INFORMED because of this? This is retarded. “Could build systems designed to extract and exclude while insisting it was all just disruption, just innovation, just the market working as intended.” SYSTEMS BUILT TO EXTRACT AND EXCLUDE? I’ve never seen anyone fundamentally misunderstand Bitcoin in this way, this is a troll surely. “But strip away the economic mysticism and here’s what “hard money” actually means: it systematically advantages existing wealth holders and disadvantages workers and debtors. It makes wealth accumulation easier and wage earning harder. It turns the economy into a game where those who already have capital watch it appreciate while those who work for wages watch their purchasing power erode.” He thinks Bitcoin does this? This has to me be the lowest IQ individual alive or it’s a troll. “Bitcoin is for fascists.” Ah there it is, I get it know he’s deranged. View quoted note →
Wow, what a train wreck. Bitcoin being for enemies is a fairness statement, not a hate statement. He's a bit of a doomer.

He inadvertently exposed himself during his "debate" with @richardgreaser. Despite having spent years working for a bitcoin company, when the conversation was heating up, he let slip that his real concern was the impact of Trump's tariffs on the stock market and his investment portfolio. This was funny given his previous comments on a What Bitcoin Did podcast, where he cited a Wall Street Journal report predicting that Trump's policies would lead to an economic downturn. He is clearly deranged yet didn’t even have the balls to listen to his own ramblings and dump his bags after the election.

I’m not reading all that blop from deepthinkboi.
The best is that he’s right. I’ve been telling people bitcoin is a framework for excellence for alllsg half a decade now. Fascism is excellence (to the extreme) Perhaps a little too far in that direction at times, but nonetheless, it’s exactly what it is. News flash though - THIS IS A GOOD THING. The problem with the world is not fascism or excellence - it’s the LACK of each. Excellence is diametrically opposed to equality (which is at the core of leftism) The dumb dumb leftist bitcoiners never understood this. They all thought bitcoin was all warm and fuzzy and designed to save poor people. lol. Welcome to reality. This is what bitcoin is. A framework for excellence A step toward a more ancient, feudal-like human operating system that is more natural, more fair, and yes - also more harsh in some ways (you can no longer force equality on the world). Eat shit Mike Brock.

Bitcoin is a money without privilege, whoever needs it has to put in the Proof of Work. It is very different from fiat. Bitcoin will help the poor in the sense that work will pay off again, so you'll be able to get wealthy from your own work, rather than being constantly drawn in debt by a few. Those that are not willing to work will stay poor.

The timing is funny, he is clearly disappointed with bitcoins performance. He would never wrote this article if Bitcoin would have 2x or 3x this year.
