Yesterday someone wanted to comment and discuss on substack, but need to sign up with email and subscribe to newsletter.. Here is the solution.
How much time takes to a link that I post in a nostr client show in satcom extension? I ask because I did this test and I even reloaded the page but the comment still do not appear on satcom.
I think so. Maybe with a toggle for [any reference / comments / both] but I will leave the default as you have it now.

The bottom-right floating button blocked an important button on YouTube Music. I had to uninstall the extension to remove that floating button :/
Got you covered. In the settings, you can choose icon position top or bottom. Also in the settings, can hide the icon if not needed.
Yea on the web UI, need to refresh to realise that there is an account signed in. I’ll add to list to check.
Bug report: For some reason, I couldn’t use Satcom to post on the Satcom Chrome Web Store page. The icon doesn’t show up.
It has to support. This version is a MVP for quick to market and to test users sentiment.
satcom posts you comments as kind 1 notes with links to the commented web site/host. So it's just one note in the global feed. If the link preview does not relate to your comment, users of other clients might not get what you are talking about. But great work, looks elegant and cool, can't wait for the version for Firefox!
They will show up on “normal client feed”, and the context is the URL you’re commenting on or sharing is also attached in the notes, so users on all clients can reply to you, and direct them to the website you’re referring to.
Then let’s avoid saying “free speech” and “censorship resistance” then. As carefully created satcom.app, it’s looks like a collaborative and productivity tool. Nostr plebs knows what its underlying is about.
Wikipedia already does have discussions. I see the value in this rather for stuff like Youtube videos where the author has disabled discussion or for websites that generally don't have discussions.
But the URL you are commenting on is only contained in a tag, not in the content, right? With my somewhat similar tool I add some static header text that I don't show in my tool but that shows in social clients.
