They will show up on “normal client feed”, and the context is the URL you’re commenting on or sharing is also attached in the notes, so users on all clients can reply to you, and direct them to the website you’re referring to.

But the URL you are commenting on is only contained in a tag, not in the content, right? With my somewhat similar tool I add some static header text that I don't show in my tool but that shows in social clients.
