These probiotic buttsicles are extremely potent. How I imagine a fecal matter transplant would be. Have me on a bit of a ride today. Spins, some tinnitus coming and going, cold fluid feeling in lower extremities and scalp, lower GI cramps... Fingers crossed the destination is worth the uncertain journey. 💩💩💩 #Peatstr View quoted note → image

This is next level. Everyone be like “hey Laser, what’s supp?”
There's a real risk of sepsis anytime you implant bacteria directly into the colon. But the payoff could be huge for those who have compromised GI tracts, which is everyone in the US. My natural butyrate production is collapsed, which suggests total microbiota failure in the colon. Attempting to reboot with buttsicles.

Sending probiotics to it's destination from behind. Interesting approach must stay. Good luck with tests!

Have you tried just eating Narine bacteria yoghurt? Or maybe even make Suppositories from this? I heard about its positive effects
I genuinely want to know how are you going to benchmark this? I mean, how do you know if it has worked or not? Bonus points if you can compare it with probiotics that are delivered in the old, boring, oral way.
Brian: “How ya doin’ back there, buddy?!” Stewie: “I fell right, Brian. I feel right.”
Day 3/30, probiotic #buttsicle. 🥶 Up to more than 1.1 trillion CFUs of bacteria implanted directly into the colon. - No more drunk like symptoms 🥴 - Sleeping DEEPLY 💤 - BMs = exceedingly hearty 🪵 - Was able to tolerate tacos 🌮 On day one I had five bowel movements (yeehaw 🤠🤣), but today I'm back to 2-3, which is ideal. Now that my body has acclimated to the large influx of probiotics, I've gone ahead and moved the suppository to just before bed. #Peatstr View quoted note → image
