Day 3/30, probiotic #buttsicle. 🥶 Up to more than 1.1 trillion CFUs of bacteria implanted directly into the colon. - No more drunk like symptoms 🥴 - Sleeping DEEPLY 💤 - BMs = exceedingly hearty 🪵 - Was able to tolerate tacos 🌮 On day one I had five bowel movements (yeehaw 🤠🤣), but today I'm back to 2-3, which is ideal. Now that my body has acclimated to the large influx of probiotics, I've gone ahead and moved the suppository to just before bed. #Peatstr View quoted note → image

I don't have any drunken symptoms (partly because I simply don't drink), I can sleep deeply provided I actually go to bed on time, my BMs are only bad if I'm not eating and moving enough, and I have no issues with tacos... Not sure why anyone NEEDS these things, unless they crave the feeling or something and that's kiiiinda gay if you ask me 🤔

You could literally just eat delicious Beeghee for a beautiful probiotic cleanse and you wouldn’t have to use an icy butt plug 🤣 I respect the dedication to the bit though clearly it’s engagement-worthy 🙌
Bee bread is great but it's no replacement for fecal matter transplants, for which this probiotic suppository competes with. Suggest reading this: image
Eh... I dunno, any time I try new and obscure stuff related to the digestive system, I end up feeling worse. I'm pretty content just doing what humans have always done: eat good, wholesome foods and get enough activity to work it through my system.
The goal of this probiotic #buttsicle experiment it to accomplish the same outcome as a fecal matter transplant (FMT) without having to eat sh*t or do a poop enema. That outcome would be: implanting keystone bacteria at large enough numbers that they effectively *become* the microbiome of the lower intestine. My labs who ZERO natural butyrate production, which means the microbiome in my lower intestine has collapsed. That lines up with my symptoms and hypothesis that recieving strong antibiotics as a child (for surgery) decimated my gut. By implanting keystone bacteria in massive numbers, and feeding that bacteria #sunfiber, I hope to reboot butyrate production and restore normal functionality to the colon. Fecal matter transplants and probiotic suppositories are likely the future of GI functional medicine for anyone who has struggled with issues for decades with no real progress, which ends up being most people with real GI issues. I am running this experiment for myself, but also because I know how common gut issues are and how little real help there is out there. #Peatstr View quoted note → image
