fun bitcoin story that just happened: I was driving home from sunset on my moto & ran outta gas. I happened to run out right by this fruit stand that i frequent. The guy that helps open coconuts and keep the place tidy walked over and made sure i was okay. He offered to get me some gas and of course i said “si, por favor.” I asked him if he had a bitcoin wallet. And he said “yes you gave me some bitcoin once, but i lost it”. After redownloading @npub14f26...v7lu he saw the sats i gave him before just about double in fiat terms. Told him that there might be a surprise when i got home in his wallet if I remembered his username. I did and sent him some sats. You can too if you wish: Guaynerjh@pay.bitcoinjungle.app Pv.

That's great! I was in a similar situation in El Salvador and these guys siphoned some gas out of their tank to fill up mine, without expecting payment. Genuine generosity. Sent your guy some sats 🫡
This is what I love about this community, you post a wallet after a good deed and all bitcoiners want to pay it forward! Just sent him some sats on your behalf. Well on all bitcoiner’s behalf’s. Never know when you’ll need that yourself.
Glad you posted his handle so I could zap him too. Fun to think he’ll open his wallet and see all of these random zaps from people he does not know. It feels good to be part of the good karma going back to him for helping you. 🫡.

Hold on. So this guy went out of his way to get you gas and help you, and you weren’t going to pay him back unless you remembered his username? I would have given him sats on the spot when he bought me gas and filled my tank so I didn’t have to walk. This is a cool story, but unless I’m missing something, seems strange to wait on the sats.

This is what it’s about! Zapped ⚡️
Keeps us posted what the guy tells you next time you see it. He'll probably be close to being a satillionaire with all the random zaps he's been getting
Just sent him 25k. It takes two types of special people to 1) help out when someone is in need, and 2) quietly give him the recognition he deserves. Good on you. Good on him.
