How do you define doomscrolling?

Didn’t get “the one” today but it was a great warm up session. Windy early, but there was a little window. It was tiny by Zicatela standards, but still huge tbh. It was basically just Josh and I. We’ll see if tomorrow brings anything. Got a good sunset in with the fam. Kept having to hold Maya back from jumping in the water.
