Stratégiquement depuis le Brexit la France un des premiers membres fondateurs de l'EU suite au départ de l'UK, se veut leader afin de gérer Blockchain dans l'EU... Quid du silence sur la monnaie numérique de l'Axe USA- UK, qui me semble nébuleuse sur le plan geostratetigique, économique dans ce domaine, pendant que tous les autres États se déjà lancés, rappelons juste que Usa-Uk jouent leurs propres jeux depuis la 1ere WW à ce jour et tiennent à leurs propres devises et réservés et qu'ils ont un pouvoir sur les données grâce aux systèmes de câbles. 'Seules la Norvège Suisse ont une certaine souveraineté même si la Chine sous Xi grâce à certains bilatéraux à su faire une percée que ne veulent nullement ces 2 grands allées qui ont un pouvoir inimaginable..et tiennent à le préserver.. Pour le Bitcoin idem tant qu'on n' aura pas un autre type d'internet ne dépendant pas des GAFAM, ce n'est pas secure.. Exemple le 1er détenteur de Bitcoin est USA et Blackrock (IShare) né sous Obama, les saisies de Bitcoin se multiplient grâce à des partenariats des agences à 3 lettres les plus puissants avec ceux de la tech, réserves fédérales des pays souverains..
