People overcomplicate diet and weight loss so much
You don't need to do some extreme diet or cut everything so hard that you hate eating and life
Just learn how many calories you're eating and try to get a reasonable amount of protein, most people will lose weight by just decreasing their portions of the exact same food.

We halved the portion size of our meals and are now losing weight, feeling better and just as active.
I think we've been brought up in the West to over-eat, probably for simple profit motives.
but its so tasty, moar
I think it's even simpler than that. Just stop paying for stuff you know is bad for you. The rest will usually take care of itself.
If you want results right now you need to do crazy things. If you are prepared to take as long fixing it as you took breaking it you'll be able to do more sustainable changes and succeed.
Of course the impatient approach usually leads to burnout and failure before the results show up anyway. That means your real options are fail or be patient.
Just bike around, and burn those mfs down!

Absolutely, but whole foods tend to make you feel more full quicker.
But if I was forced to say only ONE thing that would make an impact for health (weight loss for obese people), it would be whole foods.
i could never eat a whole steer though ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Yeah, it's just some people are not able to do so on their own.
Simplification is key, focus on whole animal foods for optimal protein and nutrient intake.
