I always wonder why more people (any people!) aren't making a living building these kits for private sale.
Imagine a car that was never ever registered. No serial number. No computer chips. No embedded surveillance. Not even a brand name for DMV records.
Never getting rid of my classic. No emissions requirements and it looks sick as hell.
