Probably a silly question, but does it only work with cash app or can you load any wallet on it?
You can buy directly from CashApp into it, or load bitcoin onto it with the Receive feature from anywhere.
Yes, but they need to add an option to recover the funds if for example I lose the bitkey hardware and I can't buy a new one.
Maybe add an option to send the funds, after a delay+notify to a 2of2 multisig wallet between my bitkey app and a bitkey app of some of my trusted contact.

Awesome - I use it for my emergency fund savings because you know itβs better than using Chase
