To know where the cops shooting to civilians are, if the communications work, if the flights after flying, which grocery store has food.

Not any Meshcore, this bridge specifically. Original meshcore knows nothing about Bitchat And it has many bugs, looking forward to pull requests.

Is there any way the average person can run a cheap/easy device to specifically just act as a relay to help widen network reach?

Do I understand correctly this is like “MeshCore repeater firmware”? So I deploy it to the lora device on the roof with a big antenna and my phone will talk to this repeater directly, no need to have “companion firmware”.
