I'm assuming most openwrt devices will work as long as they have enough memory etc? or is that a bad assumption? how is the range of that one specifically?

Yes! The current implementation we work on is a openwrt package. No official tests but mt-3000 is decent. Limiting factor for range these days is local regulations on power output.
Why does that feel backwards? How else would you like to login in? If you login with Nostr, that's adds some pretty serious additional security concerns -- you are tying your Nostr private key to your funds -- even it if it's not a huge amount, I don't think tying your secrets together in this was is really a great idea, is it's not necessary...... Also - an email/password allows you to reset your access password -- and if you want very high security, Rizful allows you to add a 2FA....
I tried rizful... Got that auto bot reply that says "you don't have an ln address" and that, signed up, no zap. Then I get a message saying I have to NWC... i don't care about the zap but it seems like predatory marketing to me. Bait and switch. Doesnt using NWC connect connect your nostr identity to your rizful account? So, you guys would have an email address and npub... seems fishy doesnt it? Offering people some cents to connect an email address to a npub but only after they've taken the bait.
looks like your profile does not currently have a lightning address, so it would not be possible to zap you yet: image Also, you don't have to connect your npub to Rizful -- that's only if you want to use the nip-05 service -- you could use the lightning address only ..
Got it. There are other web-based solutions that allow you to do this. We've seen too many of those get hacked and have other critical problems -- this is what we have in our FAQ about this issue: Can I log in with my Nostr account? We have carefully designed Rizful for maximum security. At the same time, we have found that too many Nostr users have poor security practices with their private keys. (For example, entering private keys into many websites and apps.) Since real money is involved, we don't allow users to login via Nostr, and we don't ever ask for your private Nostr key. A combination of email/password, plus optional two-factor authentication, is the battle-tested and secure way to protect your Rizful account. This also means that, if, in the future, you make a mistake with your Nostr keys, your Rizful account won't be vulnerable.
do you have any idea of the memory requirements? the mt-3000 is an expensive router in comparison with the others I have at my disposal, they are much lower in hardware, but I wonder if they would also allow for tollgate to run, it doesn't seem to be very heavy, right?
This is an interesting test case. I just tried 3 different clients and none of them are showing your lightning address, so they don't allow me to try to zap you. Are you doing something unusual with your relays? Also, what client is the screenshot you just sent from? I want to try that client.
Nope. Outbox model, a handful of outbox relays for you to fetch from, thats it. Amethyst. Kind 0 should be on all my outbox relays. I don't know why they wouldnt be visible to any clients you're using. I'm gonna look into it.
