Lots of salt. You should be eating around 5 grams per day. I mix a bit of iodine fortified table salt in with good sea salt, I like Redmond’s.
Eat fatty red meat. Lamb and beef. Eat a lot. Your body will tell you what’s right as you progress and become fat adapted. I eat 2.5-3 lbs of beef daily.
Try to eat within an 8 hour window to give yourself time without food in your stomach daily.

Wow, that much, huh? So, I'm basically eating meat and fat and nothing else? I assume I'll have to take a daily fiber supplement as well as vitamin supplements?
No need for supplements man.
Eggs, meat, salt, butter and maybe some dairy if you really crave something else.
Don't be afraid to consume too much butter/fat. Your body will need it for energy, since you're not having carbs anymore.
And the first few weeks you might experience some liquid poops, but that will go away after a while.
