No need for supplements man.
Eggs, meat, salt, butter and maybe some dairy if you really crave something else.
Don't be afraid to consume too much butter/fat. Your body will need it for energy, since you're not having carbs anymore.
And the first few weeks you might experience some liquid poops, but that will go away after a while.

Are there any online resources you recommend? I'm always hesitant to rely on a particular online source as a layperson because we all know how easy it is to make websites that look very professional and credible, yet push a lot of disinformation. Getting a recommendation from someone who knows the deal is a lot more productive! I appreciate you taking the time to educate me!
I'm 2 yrs carnivore myself. What do you need to know?
I can't really recommend anything, since I learned everything myself by doing it.
I do listen to some Shawn Baker podcasts but idk if that will really help you..
