If you get lower back pain, ditch the spring mattress. Springs are the enemy of your lower back. If you suffer from EMF sensitivity, ditch the spring mattress. Springs concentrate electromagnetic radiation. You'll have the best sleep and wake up refreshed instead of sore on a good springless mattress. Beefy approves. image

The floor is good for your back but I have very little fat for cushioning so I get sore muscles around my hips and shoulders if I sleep on the floor. I used to sleep on a thick rug. I prefer my mattress on the floor rather than a bed but I use the top of this bunkbed for storing clean clothes
