try to stay off your sides. I know it’s hard to do when ur tryna sleep! i weight 125 at 5’5” i don’t have a lot of cushing neither! lol 😆 just think back to when u were a child and it was time to go to sleep; it helps. it was lights out no phone or tv nearby. just 10-20 minutes your knocked out sleep.
