u should try the floor. it does wonders for the back, it doesnβt even cost you a thing! π€

The floor is good for your back but I have very little fat for cushioning so I get sore muscles around my hips and shoulders if I sleep on the floor.
I used to sleep on a thick rug.
I prefer my mattress on the floor rather than a bed but I use the top of this bunkbed for storing clean clothes
