Almost noone you are recommending LN, Liquid or Bitcoin to will be able to use use it in a privacy preserving way.
Doing this needs time, knowledge, dedication and financial incentive.
We are talking about oppressive regimes here.
Your recommendation are dangerous. At best they will get people who don't know what they do into trouble. At worst they get thrown into jail or killed.
Monero is far from being perfect, but it is made for an adversarial environment.
Stop giving bad advice to people that depend on the best tools for the job.
By the way. It seems you are using Alby (a custodian) that just rugged its clients with zero privacy benefits.
