I think being techie has nothing to do with it. It’s either you get freedom in your core, or you don’t… it’s the godly spark, the morals and values.. curiosity and humbleness… PV 🧡

Lets be forward thinking, and proactive. Build relationships. Get to know others. Learn to see through others eyes. Build for them. Build for yourself. Build for your spouse. Build for your family. Build for your community. I gave "AI assisted coding" to a few family members for christmas. I think we have to build. But also pass on our knowledge. Keep up Derek!

GM PV <3 non technical people don't understand the differences or at least don't care about the differences of closed source vs open source or decentralized vs centralized. it's just not things they deal with. they just want their software to work, they don't care how it works.

Moin💥 Didn’t @calle famously say something along the lines of when he builds software he always has in mind this elderly sales merchant on a beach somewhere selling (what was it again? Tacos?), i.e. building for ordinary folks? It’s 100% the right attitude if we want to scale. Most devs are too aloof to adopt this work ethic sadly.

That is very true. But that’s on the “solution” level for non techies. On the problem level - non techie ppl do understand the difference between control and excessive powers being forced on them, versus voluntary personal choice driven life. And once they get the problem, they can ask the right questions and arrive at solutions relatively fast. (Although I am techie, I came through this route).

These worlds need bridges, naturally 🪴 I have never been a technical bitcoiner and been always very grateful that I stumbled upon bitcoin via other random sidequests. There are many more just like me, who are not technical, but into art, music, love, freedom - all parts of bitcoin ethos and ways to more fulfilled living. I hope through my content with @life with bitcoin⚡️ and music, I get to contribute to onboarding more people to the paths to bitcoin through creativity, reflection, love, and healing ✨
