It's not necessarily new features or going too fast that are off-putting if big platforms are to go off of. It's shipping half baked ideas that don't work, or radically change the core flow of the experience.

listening to the full interview helped me a lot to better understand how @jb55's vision for #nostr looks like. i really admire that @jb55 focuses on the decentralization aspect with @Damus (compared to other clients) and i consider the stats of a post being displayed delayed as a feature
