I like a good story.
It took me a long time to realize that Real Estate is not the best answer for growth. I lost soo much money investing into Real Estate in a country with a failing FIAT currency.
The words of Cal Newport comes to mind: 'Do not figure things out in the abstract, you have to figure it out in practice'.
