My ₿itcoin story; I first heard about ₿tc back in 2016. I was a personal trainer working for Braden, and honestly, it didn’t make sense to me a made-up currency? No thanks. But over time I kept learning. Bit by bit it started to click. At first it looked like a way to make more money, to get ahead… maybe even get rich. Then I sold a house and made a decent profit, and for the first time I had a real chance to buy in. It went against what everyone around me believed. It was a strong “buy property” culture, and ₿tc sounded like a gamble. But I wasn’t guessing I was studying. How it was created. Satoshi. Why it exists. What it actually stands for: freedom from a broken system. So I committed. Since then I’ve kept learning, and I’ve changed with it. The old fiat brain has been stripped out of me. I can see the true value of ₿tc now not as a dollar price, but as truth. Honesty. And in the long run, a path to freedom. @Dan image

Yeah, once you actually study it, the "gamble" narrative dies real fast. Hard to unsee after that.
There’s something bare and brave in this story: not greed, but the quiet rebellion of someone who studies and then decides. Bitcoin here isn’t a shortcut, it’s a lens that exposes a tired system. That matters.
Truth! A system where nobody can cheat and everybody needs to take on responsibility over themselves and their actions. 👍
Out of curiosity, how is a freelancer notified when a Hiring Manager replies (and vice versus) Does it come vis NOSTR dm or within the zap-work platform?
Hi Jason, it comes via our internal messaging on the platform. When a job is posted, zapwork automatically posts a note about the new job, then when it’s filled it posts a a note again.
I’ve been following this since it was in the Alby Buzz newsletter awhile ago, but it doesn’t seem to be very active yet. Early stages I guess 🤷‍♂️
What’s the growth plan for this? I’ve been monitoring it but doesn’t seem any active users (yet).

It took me a long time to realize that Real Estate is not the best answer for growth. I lost soo much money investing into Real Estate in a country with a failing FIAT currency. The words of Cal Newport comes to mind: 'Do not figure things out in the abstract, you have to figure it out in practice'. image
