Helped me a lot.
I'd recommend (a bit aside) something on fermentation, if you're not already into it. Like The art of fermentation from Sandor Katz. But that's something else you've been asking for.

Elliot Coleman is good too. I have not read this particular book and I just built a greenhouse.
I don't like to read books on a phone or computer screen, but I may be interested in checking them out to see if I want to buy them
Regenerative Soil by Matt Powers, Nigel Palmers Regenerative growers guide to garden ammendments, Any Sepp Holzer book you can get yur hands on.
I always recommend this one.
It absolutely opened my eyes. From raising dough for sweet buns or sourbread to preserving food or making some for basically free (like apple vinegar or sour milk), fermentation is powerful tool.

well, I don't have any other usage of that plant if not fermented...
Interesting, what do I do with it? Put it in my lip like chew? Use it in the garden?
Iβm not sure I recommend these volumes because of the coast, but they are comprehensive especially if you live east of the Mississippi.
I'd suggest to smoke it as all we smokers do. but hey, feel free to experiment π€£
The Designers Manual and Permaculture 1 by Bill Mollison are great, it can be tough to find a pdf, but there are some free pdfs floating around.

PS Natural Reader is a great web and iOS app if you want to turn any pdf book into audio to listen to as you work
I did my own cabinet for fun, but it was too small so I could make like... nothing. wasn't bad, but professional equiptment makes whole lot different results. so I gave up. (and had the plants just for decoration. until they died)
as with any fermentation it was a lot of trial and error. it was fun!

I have been doing his course of that book and the microscope one. The book itself is also excellent not the cheapest book, but it's massive and well worth the money for the knowledge in it. If you get it from him it's on sale atm.
