I'd recommend (a bit aside) something on fermentation, if you're not already into it. Like The art of fermentation from Sandor Katz. But that's something else you've been asking for.

I love fermented foods. Learning fermentation could help my composting journey too
Thanks for the suggestion.
It absolutely opened my eyes. From raising dough for sweet buns or sourbread to preserving food or making some for basically free (like apple vinegar or sour milk), fermentation is powerful tool.
