I just made my first Nostr purchase @ @Beck & Bulow.
A wagyu tri tip I will BBQ, and a whole bird I will spatchcock and roast.

I don’t mean to brag but I am somewhat of a tri tip expert. I’m from the area this cut originated and it was a weekly family staple. My Dad taught me how to BBQ it, it’s second nature at this point.

I assumed as much but sometimes it’s hard to differentiate between those that wave the flag and then outsource production, and those that actually “walk the walk”. Having said that, it’s always nice to hear real world customer feedback (nothing but the highest marks as of yet!). Accepting BTC is cool as hell and puts you guys on a whole different level!
