Hey Matt, not sure what’s going on with your back (acute vs chronic),
but I’ve had back pain nearly all my life and while ice, CBD, essential oils, and even pain meds at time dull the discomfort and make it tolerable…
A month ago I did a 48h fast followed by two weeks of bone broth only…healed my gut lining…it’s called GAPS (diet) protocol. By about 3 days in on the broth only phase my back pain was 100% gone.
Seems mine is triggered by inflammation.
Again I don’t know your scenario but maybe the above will help ya.
It's 3 weeks tomorrow since I put it out - there's been no twinges today but over the last week I've been put on my arse about 8 times because its suddenly too much pain to stand up. I'm going to have to do something. Perhaps if I could rest it for 48 hours it'd get better, but there's no way I can rest for that long.
Ice. 15m on 30m off; 3-4 times a day.
I know when mine spasms it has to be about as painful as child birth (maybe) 🤷♂️
It just grips ya and the reaction is completely involuntary.
