You are asking all the right questions. I have no idea!
Saw your cool bee beard BTW. Bees do eliminate waste, (and possess rectal glands), via a cleansing flight, on warm days. They do not defecate inside the hive. Honey does not come out of the bee’s butt; it comes out of a stomach/chamber, called a honey sac, where the bees store nectar from flowers and then add their enzyme. View quoted note →
Bees have buttholes yes. The poop while flying to avoid making the hive dirty.
Also, just to be clear, while honey is regurgitated, it is not throw up, as vomit comes from the stomach, where as honey is regurgitated from the honey crop a separate organ from the stomach. The more you know!
No. Yes. They are very hygienic superorganisms that harvest necter, pollen, and propolis and in turn produce honey and beeswax. They don't soil the hive. They're awesome. I saw the pic of you up close and personal with bees. It made me smile. 🙂

Honey is dehidrated nectar from flowers mixed with bee spit. Amazing stuff
They have a butt hole, but bee poop comes out of it. Honey is dehydrated bee vomit.
