Man I remember Vallis just talking to plebs from Twitter. I knew no Bitcoiners then outside of Twitter & I was pretty lonely but also stupidly excited about Bitcoin. When I heard others speaking about their stories I considered the possibility that I wasn't nuts throwing so much time & fiat into it. It enabled me to go all in on so many ways. I'm eternally grateful for John & all his guests plus all the other podcasters & guests that kept me company over the years. Never underestimate the ripples you send out. Even when it looks like nobody is watching or listening, they are. You mentioned the idea of the Sigmas & how Bitcoiners tend to become them. It reminded me a lot of the Gammas from "A Lodging of wayfaring men". Gammas were those that won't be controlled & also don't seek to control others. I think this resonates more with me than the Sigmas but I'm also not as comfortable with that idea. I can't believe the DJ hadn't heard of Wookiefoot, he seems to know every band since the 70's. 🫂💚
