I backed up my account on nostrsync.live but i tried to restore it and my follows weren't restored. Maybe I am just retarded though and do not know what I am doing lol.
I haven't had to use these (knock on wood), but maybe some folks will chime in who have, or have better solutions.

jokes apart .. I too experienced this in the beginning when I was playing with many clients , changing my relays etc .. once my environment got immutable , things became rather stable ..
yea alll my follows got wiped today not following anyone all disappeared. Happened to me once before its a giant pain. I ended up manually refollowing everyone do not want to do that again.
Tgis has never ever ever happened because i only use the best client

If you’ve ever used @Nostur you can login and it will ask you if you want to restore to an old version
The first time it happened to me it was like that this time. It was probably my fault. I just tried following someone now and I got this message from primal

Update- I was able to restore my follows I had since Feb via which was very helpful thankyou @Ava
Losing my follows also was not @primal fault they actually have this pop up I just encountered while trying to refollow some people.
Most likely what happened is I accidentally accepted. Just a heads up to other people that encounter this be aware.
I got introduced to nice tools like and that I will now use. Thanks for the help everyone! Problem solved!

I have noticed the more clients you try the more likely it is to happen.
Just be sure to backup via and it will make it easy to get back your follows.
